Chris Geiss has hosted 64 episodes.
Chris Geiss is a professional software developer, an amateur photographer, and ALSO has an intense passion for riding motorcycles.
He started riding in Summer/Fall of 2016 at the age of 53.
So while fairly experienced in life, Chris is somewhat of a new rider himself, and is in the interesting position of being a new rider at a later stage of life.
He learned to ride in the Basic Rider Course (BRC) sanctioned by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF).
He started out on a 2016 Kawasaki Vulcan S sport-cruiser, which he still has and rides.
In March 2018 he also upgraded to a new Kawasaki Z900RS, as he felt it was time to get a little more power under him. There are all kinds of bikes in the world, and everyone is entitled to their favorite kind, but Chris insists that there is nothing like having an in-line 4 cylinder engine!
Chris has also been a co-host on the Throttled motorcycle podcast since Episode #132. So head over to the Throttled web site or find the podcast in your favorite podcast app and give a listen!
Chris started this podcast because he loves the sport of motorcycling and wants to help others enjoy it too!!!
Reach out to Chris and let him know what you think about the podcast and the Facebook page.
And most importantly let Chris hear your stories! Whether good, or bad, we all have something to teach our fellow motorcyclists!!!
